My Favorites
3. Eating is my favorite activity. Sometimes, Mom adds chicken pieces to my kibbles. Sometimes, she puts in some carrots or green beans. If she gives me plain kibbles, I look at her like…
Seriously??
Plain kibbles are not OK.
That’s more like it!
2. My favorite place to sleep is in Mom’s bed. I am very cuddly in that thing. Plus, I like to stay under the covers. Waaaay under the covers.

Mom’s Favorites
3. Morning is Mom’s favorite time to work on writing stories. She dreamed that she would do all her writing in her pajamas,
but she can’t manage it. She flies out of bed and dives into the shower at the crack of dark, and then gets dressed so we can go for a walk.
2. Mom loves both her published stories – her print book –
and her eBook –
but her favorite pre-published books are named Ballet Secret and Cupcake Learns. She always wants one of them to become the elusive Book#2. So far… Nope.
1. Mom’s favorite part of being an author is school visits. She loves reading stories to kids and talking to them about writing and being an author. Sometime soon, I plan to go to school with her…

I love the idea… and the mama would like to do EVERYTHING in her PJ. plain kobble… a no-go… plain kibble is like a plain story… and every story and every kibble need highlights, right?

You definitely look READY for school Cupcake…..I think your Mom will get Book 2 done before you know it……writing is – well – complicated…..Mom says you can be headed down what feels like the right road with a story and it just falls off a ledge into nothing – – OR sometimes it takes a road you hadn’t even SEEN and ends in a surprise! Meanwhile, you just keep being adorable because I’m sure it not only means smiles for your Mom but inspiration for her too!!!

Ballet Secret and Cupcake Learns sound like wonderful books. Your Mom will work it all out, I know she will… in her pajamas maybe. Your toys! I can see how you would love them all. I would definitely know the “seriously” look and I would probably give you anything you wanted!
Thanks, Pix. I like how you think! Those are only half of my toys. The rest are hidden in the closet. When I forget about them, Mom with switch them out into the box and put these in the closet. She’s tricky that way.

I chuckled at the thought of staying in pajamas to write. I’d love to do that, too, but I don’t want to embarrass the Two Orange Pups when I take them for walks!

Lovely post! I do a lot of work in my p.j.s! 🙂 Cupcake you look more than ready to go to school! And your toy box has a lot more toys than Brownie’s. She mostly just likes to play with rocks now. Mainly just one flat one that slides!

Pierre is my snuggle buddy but neither of the boys like being under covers. I guess it is just too hot around here. I would love to say I jump up and shower to start my day but I need to work on that goal. I am also proud of my published books but need to get back to writing☺
If I had a choice about it – and I do mean IF, I’d stay under covers all day! I love to feel hot hot hot. Mom is a morning person. I am less of a morning person (doggie).

Thanks, KI. I do enjoy wearing a tutu. I have a few of them. Purple is my favorite. I used to share the coat closet with Mom in our old house. My things took up half and hers took the other half. Now all my clothes are neatly folded up in a plastic storage box in the storage closet. My raincoat is the only thing sharing the coat closet with Mom, now.
